Favourite trick/run?
I am not too much of freestyler, so it must be a run. I have done many nice runs, but the nicest is Stryn summerskiing in Norway where you have glaciers and fjords sourrounding you

So, you are really lucky to be alive, have you thought about doing the lottery?
Hehe, I should maybe consider it in the future.
Are you going to take it easy for a while?
Don't think so, too much happening.
You seem to have no fear, what scares you?
Wow, a lot of things, but it's good to be a little scared sometimes, I like to scare myself out of the comfort zone pretty often.
You regularly push the limits of human capabilities, are you super
human? Like Superman or something?
Some of my buddies tell me to put my panties outside my clothes like superman hehe, but no, just a top athlete who has been doing this for his whole life.
Who is your ski hero?
I don't have anyone particular, but have been influenced by many good skiers, both freeriders and racers.
You have some guts pulling off this jump. What do you like to fill
your gut with before skiing?
I like to eat cereals and bread before skiing, a lot.
You broke a world record for the biggest cliff drop on skis, are you
planning to break any more?
Hmm, this jump I think should be a one time experience, you might die doing those kind of things. I haven't planned to break anything else in the near future, but you never know.
This all happened by mistake. What’s the biggest mistake you have ever made?
What's my biggest, can't tell, it must remain a secret.
How do you get your thrills off the slopes?
By climbing, downhill biking, longboard, waterskis with twintip, wakeboard, some partying from time to time and loads of CoolBoard when I can’t get out there.
Where and when did you learn to ski like a maniac?
I started skiing as a little kid, can't remember my age, and I was a little maniac. My parents had a cabin in the mountains just near a ski resort and I had my own little hill close to my home with one lift, but as a kid you can do with almost whatever as long as you get to ski.
What are Norwegian skiers made of? Steel?
I wish we were made of steel, sadly there are to many injuries and death in our sport.
What is on your essential kit list for free skiing?
A pair of Whitedot Redeemers, avalanche transceiver, back pack with probe, shovel, first aid kit, and some good gear to go with. The most essential is my skis and my boots.
Apart from the YouTube video, what else can we see you in?
You can see me in Free Radicals series, Perfect Moment Nuit de la Glisse series.
No one could stop you falling to your destiny. What does the future
hold for you?
My future is hopefully within the industry somehow. I have started a company with a friend, it's called SteepZone, which I hope will be my future. I won't quit skiing ever I hope.
What would you be doing if you weren’t a pro?
I would probably have a more secure and stable life but certainly more boring, working normal hours and be out in the mountains or where ever during the weekends.
