2.        To enter the competition consumers must visit www.metrosnow.co.uk and enter their details. All correct entries will be entered into a prize draw.

3.        Entries will only be accepted during the competition duration. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part. All eligible or correct entries to be entered into a free prize draw, with one winner to be picked at random.

4.        Available dates are: any dates for the 2011-12 ski season, except half term (or the two weeks either side) and Easter, subject to availability.

5.        The prize will include either the family room in Le Lapye – as a catered holiday – or Bayeux self catered apartment at Hastings – subject to availability. The prize will also include: Les Gets ski passes for 4 for one week and intermediate ski/boot hire from ski-mobile for one week for 4 people.

6.        Eligibility of entry:

·          This competition is open to consumers aged 18 (eighteen) years or over who are residents of the United Kingdom only, excluding employees of vos media, their families, agencies and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

·          Entries via third parties or agents will not be accepted.

·          The winner will be notified by phone / email within four weeks of the competition ending.

·          The prize winner must accept their prize within 14 days being notified.

·          Ski Holiday Travel insurance must be taken out for the holiday this is not included in the prize.

7.        Flights, ferry, transfers, lifts in the resort, additional equipment, clothing, additional expenditure or additional excursions/activities and spending money are not included in the prize

8.        The name and county of the winner will be available on the Metrosnow website, www.metrosnow.co.uk once they have been contacted and accepted the prize.

9.        The organisers decision is final and no correspondence can be entered into.

10.     The winner may be required to take part in publicity in connection with this prize draw.

11.     Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer.
